QA FRAMEWORK

    Buyer specification

    Define origin, process, grade, moisture, defect method, screen, volume, packing, and destination requirements.

  2. 02
    Lot matching

    Identify available coffee aligned to the target and disclose any lot-dependent variables.

  3. 03
    Sample and information review

    Provide representative sample, physical data, QC information, or cupping information when available and agreed.

  4. 04
    Commercial confirmation

    Record the accepted specification, tolerances, packing, documentation, price, payment terms, and Incoterm.

  5. 05
    Pre-dispatch alignment

    Coordinate packing identification, final documents, and relevant inspection evidence before handover.
