QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality defined by the confirmed lot—not by broad claims
We align the buyer’s target specification with available coffee, confirm the applicable evaluation standard, and document the agreed commercial requirements before shipment execution.
Physical preparation · Lot-basedQA FRAMEWORK
Five control points from requirement to dispatch
- 01Buyer specification
Define origin, process, grade, moisture, defect method, screen, volume, packing, and destination requirements.
- 02Lot matching
Identify available coffee aligned to the target and disclose any lot-dependent variables.
- 03Sample and information review
Provide representative sample, physical data, QC information, or cupping information when available and agreed.
- 04Commercial confirmation
Record the accepted specification, tolerances, packing, documentation, price, payment terms, and Incoterm.
- 05Pre-dispatch alignment
Coordinate packing identification, final documents, and relevant inspection evidence before handover.
